Unexplained constant recurring hunger pangs

For the past four months I have had constant recurring hunger pangs. I wake up starving in the morning and eat 4-6 bowls of cereal or porridge. I eat soup during the day, as well as lunch. In the evening I start supper about 7:00 and eat continually until bedtime at 9:30 or 10:00. For example, I am small and normally eat

I've been living with chronic hunger pangs for years.  It is getting worse.  I have been checked for all the causes.  Nothing is wrong.  So does Vitamin B Complex still help you?

this sometimes happens to me.  I once thought that maybe my body was having a hard time getting the energy out of the food i was eating so I tried taking a vitaminB complex pill and it really helped.  now, whenever this happens, which is rarely, I take one and it fixes the problem every time.

I have been experiencing this constant empty feeling in my stomach too. I suffer with depression and anxiety, so I think it's related to stress - only a guess though.  Anti acid med like Rennies doesn't work, neither did a prescribed one called Lansoprazole.

I also have this burning in my chest, dry throat and urinate constantly.  I don't know if it's due to the medicine I'm on - Sertraline???!!!  My GP and psychiatrist can't seem to diagnose or treat  : (

PLEASE HELP !!!
