Unhealthy gut.. whats gone wrong??

I have chronic bloating(lower stomach area) for about 6 months now accompanied by constant stomach growls. it sounds like my intestines are leaking.
I thought this was a result of an unprotected sexual encounter but tested negative for everything.
Could this be caused by traumatic stress? i had convinced myself i had hiv..
I've tried everything.. probiotics, parasite cleanses, diet changes nothing seams to work.
Bowel movements are irregular sometimes loose sometimes normal. usually twice a day
I have a nagging irritating feeling in my legs all the time, i'm tired all the time, my vision is fuzzy but not blurry.
Lost fat on my head and in my face, skin is tight on head, eyes sunken, cheeks sunken, but have not lost any weight.
I have had stool, blood tests done..nothing found.

Upper endoscopy booked for January, ridiculous i have to wait 3 months.

Does anyone have any thoughts or even experienced something like this before.

Thanks

sure could have. ive taken high doses of antibiotics before, probably as high as the doses you took and it messed me up. I dont know if a yeast overgrowth would cause your face to sink in, but antibiotics do have a habbit of cause a yeast overgrowth in the intestines.

it really sounds like some sort of malabsorbtion and dehydration. like your body is being starved. You may want to go to the ER if it is getting so bad. Or call your GI and tell them its an emergency and you cant wait until January.

Hey thanks for your reply.

Not sure that lymes disease is the problem, from what ive read theres no stomach symptoms. Fatigue is the only symptom that's related. same for mono. but yeah wouldn't harm to get tested anyway. As for parasites and yeast wouldn't that have come up in the stool tests?

Yes its a total nightmare, the not knowing is the worst part. 6 months of this ****. im worn out

there is such a thing as chronic mono. the problem with mono is that once you get it, you have it forever. Most people only suffer from teh effects the first time around, but it can come back later on.
I'd get tested for lyme, could also be parasite, or maybe yeast overgrowth. gut problems can be so many things unfortunately.

Lymns? no i haven't.. would mono last this long?

I drink plenty of water and i've always drank coconut water, but i work as a chef so i can get dehydrated easier so maybe i'm not drinking enough.

Yes i tried going off dairy, no difference, i've went off gluten anyway despite the negative test, still the same bloating and growls. I rarely eat fast food.

I cannot seem to put any weight on. no matter how much i eat or workout.
Ive always been a thin guy(140pounds) but ive never been this shuck looking.

It sounds a lot like Celiac or other absorptive disorder.

Have you been tested for Lymns? Mono? Or any other disease that could cause the fatigue?
Stress can for sure cause a lot of problems. but the sunken facial parts are what are baffeling me. Are you dehydrated?
When you said you've changed diets, how so? Cutting out the usual problem foods? i.e. gluten, dairy, fast foods, etc.?
Do you drink enough water everyday? (60oz). Try doing so, and also maybe add some coconut water in there too.
