Unsolved Abdominal Discomfort

I've had discomfort on and off for about a year but, recently, things have changed. I have had an abdominal ultrasound, CT scan, IVP, and blood work. I'm seeing a Gastroenterologist and a Urologist. My lipase level is 134, but the other one with an "m" is normal. IVP showed normal flow, although showed a 1 cm left kidney cyst. I have a 1 cm pancreatic cyst that I am getting an endoscopy for soon. My left groin is where most discomfort is, but I also have across the lower groin. I've had sharp pain under my right ribcage (where pancreas is, I think), but only once. My under-the-chin glands seem a little tender. What's going on?

I don't know if it's related but I develop kidney stones and it causes pain in both the groin and hip area. My doctor said that is classic with kidney problems. Good luck!
