I am a 19-year-old male, and I've experienced the same symptoms since I was about 12 or 13.
its been a year since you posted, but im on here for my daughter, with quite the same symptoms. thought i try this before going through major testing. she is 13. she has had blood tests, and scans along with visits to a gastroenoligist. no findings. this is short of an colonoscopy etc. she has the same problems as you stated. always in mornings, no matter if its water, juice, soy etc to drink along with any food. i cant remember when she actually didnt have an upset stomach--unless she didnt have to get up early. then most of the time its okay--like during summer. came up with ideas of stress, maybe her stomach cant adjust to mornings., but if she doesnt eat or drink in the morning as you said-there is no energy for the body to be productive in the morning. though she sometimes would get nausea with this ,but i feel its an after effect with the predisposed problem with the stomach irritation. if you get this, since its been awhile-let me know if you have any success or answers to your problem.
im still working through the situation, trying new things, but i truly feel at this point nothing is going to work. appreciate your response.
