Upper/Lower Stomach Pain after UTI recovery

After I recovered from my UTI (no more urge to urinate constantly, no more burning sensation while urinating) I experienced strong lower back pain for 5 days along with upper/lower stomach dull pain. Lower back pain stopped, however, the upper/lower stomach pain have not. It's been a total of 10 days of constant discomfort with my stomach, sort of a gassy/bloated feeling in addition to mild pain, specifically right under ribs center of stomach and below the belly button area. What's wrong with me?
