For the past three weeks, I have experienced mild upper right abdominal discomfort and now I am experiencing right lower back aches. It all started with one day of nausea and vomitting and mild discomfort especially when I'm lying down. My kidney and liver enzymes were normal and my blood tests came back normal except that my white blood cell count was low. The ultrasound was also normal. They incidentally found that I had a mild urinary tract infection which I have beent treating, but I still feel that same discomfort.
