Upper left quadrant pain

So for the past two weeks, I have had really bad pain in my upper left side. It feels like it is behind my rib cage and the pain comes and goes. Along with this pain, I have also had more frequent headaches and changes in my stool. In December, I was diagnosed with mono for the third time but the doctors said that my spleen was fine. They did say that my liver was abnormally large though and it stretches to my left side and wraps around my spleen. After I got better from mono, everything was fine until two weeks ago. Could there be something wrong with my liver or spleen?
