Upper right abdominal pain

I had my gall bladder removed 18 months ago resulting in damage to my common bile duct. After a 16 days in the hospital, I continued to have significant pain for several months from the residual bile in my peritoneal cavity. In addition, I had sharp pain on the right side from spasms of the bile duct that continued for a year.  My GI doc prescribed dicyclomine to stop the spasms 6 months ago. Once I was out from under the cloud of pain, I was able to objectively look at all my symptoms not related to the common bile duct damage (chronic diarrhea, left abdomen pain, tired, nausea, hair loss, swollen lymph nodes, intolerance for alcohol and dairy). Six doctors suspected Celiac but I had two negative blood tests. Doctor after doctor told me there was nothing wrong with me.

I eliminated gluten six months ago and within a week, the diarrhea was gone. Everyday, I'm healing and feeling better. But about a month ago I started experiencing a new pain. It's an extremely sharp pain in my upper right abdomen but it's higher than the bile duct/gallbladder pain. This is underneath the bottom of my rib cage. The dicyclomine is not helping the pain and it is not triggered by specific foods.

Does anyone have any ideas?
