Urgent: Sentinal Tag..Please help..

I have anal fissures for about one year. They go for sometime and then come again. I talked to specialist and he told me to only use sitz bath and dont use any cream since sitz baths are very effective. I am also taking food heavy on dietary fibre, eating fruits, lot of water and using stool softener. As per the specialist, it will go away soon. I am too much worried since it takes about 1-2 weeks to heal once there is minor tear and I get drop of blood of spotting in the tissue.

  Can anyone suggest anything else since this is creating lot of distraction for me. I am taking sitz bath 2-3 times a days for last 3-4 days and my stool is pretty soft almost like diarrhea since I have to go 2-3 times a day. I am getting paranoid. Please suggest something and if needed I can talk over phone too. Since this is going on for about one year so I am worried but the specialist examined the area and he told me the it is just fissure and just do sitz bath. Please let me know how long it will take for it to completely heal.
