Very strange stomach and other mid-section problems.

I'm a 17 (turning 18 at the end of this month) year old female, somewhat overweight and I have really bad stomach problems that I've had my whole life but its only gotten bad enough to interfere with my life within the last year.. and its many problems not just one thing. When I was a baby I was born premature and I was lactose intolerant and then as I got older would just randomly throw up for no reason.. lately its been a burning in my stomach, throbbing/stabbing pain in my lower right side and what I believe to be hemorrhoids. My stool is usually very liquidy and bright yellow. I have the procedure to have a camera put into my stomach to see what's wrong on July second (2 days after my birthday.. happy birthday to me! >.<).. but I want to see what people here might think is wrong.. so I can maybe calm down a little bit. Contributing factors may be that my dad smoked around me a lot as a child (caused ear infection problems, but my mom says that doesn't do anything to the stomach) and a few suicide attempts (I have my depression under control now) that were overdose attempts on pills that my parents also say shouldn't have done any real damage, chloraseptic throat spray, and hydrogen peroxide that I guess weren't in big enough amounts. Oh and something else that might be unrelated that's also worrying me a tiny bit is there's a mark on my right breast that's about and inch and a half across that's red and swollen but not really swollen.. it itches a little bit but no pain and I don't know how long its been there but no more than a few days.

I don't know much about this stuff that's why I came to ask for help as well but from what I know back pains that go along with stomach pains are usually kidney problems.
