Vomiting, High AST/ALT, Chronic nausea, please help!!!

I'm having chronic nausea and vomiting was working in Indonesia and probably eating contaminated meat/water.  When I arrived there I had migraine, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea for 4 days and they gave me IV cipro but it didn't seem to help.  a year later I returned to the US and started to have asthma, sleep apnea, and chronic fatigue for over a year.  nothing helps my fatigue: exercise, cpap, symbicort, metformin for my high blood sugar. I have low cortisol too about 4.0 AM.  Colonoscopy and endoscopy came back negative and 1 stool sample also neg.
I took pin-x twice and magnesium citrate and my diarrhea stopped and I have more normal harder stools. family member living with me also has worms it seems.  I took some fiber powder and it helped the nausea, I'm not lactose intolerant I don't think.
One of my levels AST/ALT was 92, maybe it was prednisone?    thanks very much!!

I was vomiting after eating mussels, nauseous after frozen chicken, vomiting after doing situps, vomiting after eating boiled cloves.
