Vomiting long period

My child has been vomiting for 4 weeks.  She is 14 years old.  She is under the care of a specialist and has had the following tests: endoscopy with biopsy, MRI of head, UGI with upper bowel follow through.  She is going to have a stool test this week , possibly followed up with a colonoscopy.  If these don't show anything she'll be referred to a neurologist.

So far, they know she has a inflammation of her large intestine but aren't sure why - and this still doesn't explain the vomiting.  There is slight inflammation of her stomach area.

If there is anything else you can think of to look into , or anything else we should be doing, I would appreciate the advice.  Celiac disease has been ruled out with the biopsy.  But I don't know about other allergies.  She typically throws up 2-10 times a day.  Some days it's worse than others, and most of the times it starts in the late afternoon to early evening.

She is on Zofran when she needs it.  She is also taking prevacid twice a day.  She's used Muralax when necessary.

Thank you.

Just on the constant vomiting, I'd make sure that they tested your daughter for biliary dyskinesia (sphincter of odi dysfunction).  It may be a long shot, but it would be a good thing to rule out.
I was just diagnosed with it on Friday...  after 5 weeks of constant vomiting, fever, pain, and then, on 2/27, gallbladder removal... sorry I can't tell you anything more about it...  I just posted a question trying to learn more about it myself.  =))
Sorry I couldn't help out more, but I wish you and your daughter the best.  Hope you find an answer soon!!
