Vomiting

I have a slow transit gut,GERD,L4,5 prolaspe. The slow transit gut was caused by an operation to remove some ovarian cysts, which means I have bad chronic constipation. 24 hours after going to the loo, I vomit pretty badly sometimes its stomach acid, sometiimes its bile. What can I do, the vomiting is making me feel really bad and I finding it harder and harder to recover from.

Thanks very much for your advice, I have already been tested for gastroparesis and the result was negative, however I will suggest the slowness of the small intestine to my GP.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend that you see a gastroenterologist about this to get a more specific diagnosis.  You may gastroparesis (slow emptying of the stomach), or slow motility of the small intestine.  If this is the case, there are medications to treat this which your doctor could prescribe you.
