WHAT CAN I DO FOR MY PROBLEM

Pain on right side from under breast down to waist and goes around to back at waist and up to the bone under the upper right shoulder.  If  I am lying on stomach the area from breast to waist is painful; and when I sit the right  upper area of the shoulder bone to waist hurts.  I suffer from diverticulities, gerd, and had h pylori years ago.  Is my pain related?

The pain may be related to stomach issues such as GERD and H. pylori, but it could also be due to issues with a malfunctioning gallbladder. You should consider checking with you doc and discussing the problem.

I appreciate your response; however, I forgot to mention that I had my gallbladder removed in 1993.  The pain is less now, I have a Dr's appointment on Tuesday, Thank you

Rose, hate to say this, but people can have continuing issues even after the GB is gone. Please make sure the doc rules that possibility out with further testing of the biliary system. An MRCP can be helpful in some cases.
