Weak and Not Hungry after Enema

by ccenter, Apr 11, 2009 09:19PM
My 13 yr old daughter was recommended to have Fleet Enema (KUB) Xray showed large amounts of feces "stuck" in left side of colon leaving her with lots of pain.  Pain has subsided but she has not been hungry and feels very weak over past few days.  She is 5"5" and weighs about 100 lbs - she is very active and usually has a very healthy and good appetite. She  wants her energy back and plays soccer. Can the enema cause her to have lack of appetite one day or two later and to feel a bit nauseaus and weak?  Not sure what to do for her - she is also taking Mirilax once a day - per dr., to keep her regular (they said build up was probably a long time of constipation).  Any suggestions - she wants to feel "normal" again. Please help!  Thank you.
