Weird Pain In Upper Right Chest.

Hello,

So for about five weeks I've had this pain in my upper right chest; almost feels like it's in the middle.  It's only triggered by two things.  Either when I burp or swallow cold liquids I feel the pain for a second and then it goes away. I have no other digestive symptoms and even when I eat ice cream I don't feel anything.  Bowel movements are fine, no excessive burping, no regurgitation, no spasms, etc. Sometimes the pain radiates to my back but not all of the time.  Is this digestive related or possibly like a pinched nerve?  I do work out every day.
