What Is wrong With My Stomach?

I am a 24 year old female weighing approximatly 170lbs. I have frequent stomach pain. It varies anywhere from cramping, to nauseau, to just generalized pain in my abdomen. A couple days ago, for the second time, I began to feel nauseaus and my stomach just didn't feel normal, this went on for several hours. I felt as if I wanted to vomit or move my bowels, but was unable to do either. The pain became very severe cramping in my entire stomach. I forced myself to vomit hoping to ease the cramping. It did not. I also had diarrea (diarrhea) twice that was complete liquid. All night I had severe cramping pain that noting would help. The next 2 days y stomach was still sore and a little crampy. The 2 days following the initial problem, my bowel movements are slightly liquidy and black, resembeling Meconium. I am also very weak the 2 days following the initial problem. I chronically have stomach and abdomen pain vary in intensity. Some of of it, according to my symptoms, seems to follow patterns of endometriosis. Could the other stomach pain I experience also be symptoms of endemetriosis? Please help me. I have dealt with this pain for close to 3 years now. I do not have medical insurance so I can not afford to have thousands of tests ran. I have had many blood tets ran as well as an abdominal ultrasound. I know it is common for endemetriosis to hide or be behind organs, causong and ultrasound not to pick it up. Any suggestions?

sounds like colitis to me,,,,thats exactly how it manifests itself,,and will come and go.
never know...do you get blood in your b/m?
black b/m/ sound like bleeding internal..not down low,,,id say possible crohns disease is a strong possibility.
either way money or not you need to get diagnosed with something,and get treated,both those things can get life threatning if not treated.
