What are the symptoms for Juvenile Diabetes? Is it hereditary if the granparent/great uncle has had it?

increased hunger
increased thirst
frequent urination and greater amounts than normal
sudden onset of bed wetting
weight loss
fatigue
irritability

It is hereditary - if you have family that is diabetic. You want to keep the child from becoming over weight as that increases the chance the diabetes will develope as the child gets older.
