________
Dear Jamie,
Gastric or intestinal cancwer can present in amny different ways. Abdominal pain can be one symptom but it is often associated with other problems such as weight loss, early satiety (eat a few bites and then loose appetitie), bleeding. Most people with gas pains do not have cancer as the cause for the symptoms. the only way, however, to exclude cancer, is to have an evaluation by a trained gastroenterologist.
