What could this be?

Hi, for about a year now i have had costant nausea everyday and over the past few months i have discovered it getting worse and pains all through my stomach has started and also feel bloated on accasions and have alot of wind to. My nause has progressed to near vomiting in the past month. wat do you think is wrong with me?

Is the nausea relate to the diet ?
