What is an indeterminate left liver lobe hypodensity?

What is an indeterminate left liver lobe hypodensity?

I went for a ct. scan, primarily for fibroids..
The Impression:
1. Multiple uterine fibrids w/ a left posterior pedunculated fibroid
2. probabole bilateral ovarian cysts
3. indeterminate left liver lobe hypodensity.
4.
The Differential diagnosis: Bilaiary Hamartoma Versus Cyst

Recommendation:
1. Pelvic ultrasound
2. Follow up CT of Liver w/in 3 months.

Ok, My gyn. was not concerned, we know my path.. but I was concerned of the finding, hypodensity seen within the left liver lobe lateral segment measuring 3mm.     Liver normal size and homogenous density.
Ok, is this 3mm something to freak out about.

I brought the report to my gastro. dr. I had eleveated enzymes due to virus last year, ultrasound of liver, fine.. and enzymes normal as of January 2010;

Please help w/ radiology report!!!!
