What is my sharp lower left abdominal pain?

I have been having sharp lower left abdominal pain that I originally assumed was gas, however it hasn't gone away for a few days and it hurts more if i move or inhale/exhale deeply. I haven't had any noticeable external injury, yet my lower left side is painful to the touch. Its like a stomach cramp centralized at one point on my lower left above my hip and below where my ribs start. My stool is normal, no burning or blood of any kind.

could be a bunch of things. you need to get some tests run by a dr to know for sure. could be appendix, could be spleen related, could been that your intestines are swollen. id assume they will do either an ultra sound, ct scan, or mri.
