What is wrong with my daughter!

Starting one day in early January my five year old daughter woke up and started throwing up. She threw up about every seven minutes for about two hours. The rest of the day she was fine. She ran around, played and ate normal never a fever, never upper chest pains. This day repeats itself everyday for two weeks. Sometimes there is food and other times there is nothing but foam or stomach bile. After two weeks she says her stomach hurts each time before she throws up and then after she vomits it feels better. The pain changes. She will say it is next to her belly button on the right side and then she will point to her lower right chest. After the first two weeks she also started having diarrhea sometimes light clay colored other times watery mucousy. It is always early in the morning but the diarrhea will last through the day. It wasn't till mid February that the throwing up started to skip a few days and then stopped all together. That is till it came back today like no time had passed. Everything was the same. We have tried every diet that the doctor has asked. She was on antacids starting from the first week of being sick. Doctors testings-
1. Urine specimen showed calcium oxalate that was followed up by a noncontrast CT of her abdomen and pelvis.  "There is certainly no bladder or ureteral calculi seen. There is no IV or GI contrast. No dilated large or small bowel loops are seen. I do not see evidence of hydronephrosis." The urine was sent off but came back normal.
2. Doctors note- " Her weight is stable. Hydration is good. BP is satisfactory and she has no signs of increased intracranial pressure. ENT is negative. Mucous membranes moist. Chest is clear. Abdomen is soft, nondistended, nontender. No hepatosplenomegaly. No masses. Active bowel sounds. Good skin turgor. No surgical signs."
3. Baseline blood work, urine and stool diarrhea profile came back normal.
4. Checked for Celiac Disease came back normal. (Also during the time she was better she had gluten and didn't get sick)
There was lots and lots of testings so I am not going to type them all out but if wanted I am willing to. However here are a few
Cryptosporidium smear, stool- none seen; Isospora smear, stool- none seen; c difficile toxins a=b, eia- negative; rotavirus- negative; No salmonella or shigella recovered; no campylobacter species isolated; E Coli Shiga Toxin- negative; no ova, cysts, or parasites seen; Giardia Lamblia AG- negative; deamidated gliadin abs IGA and IGG- negative; reticulin iga ab- negative
There are about 30 more pages of testings. I will find whatever testing if you want me to search.
Other random facts-
She has had a on and off light cough for a year since starting school.
She seems to always have a very light almost not noticeable rash that goes from the back of her ears down to the back of her neck and the back of her arms.
She often complains of leg pains though I am sure most the time it is to stay up since I give her water and tell her it's medicine and she instantly feels better.
Her feet have not grown in over a year.
Her wrist are the same size that they where when she 5 months old. However she has grown taller.

Did the doctor make a scotch tape test? There is a parasite which is really common in children, called pinworm. The worms are active at night, feed of sugars and starches, and move through the intestine during the month. The pain from pinworms is like a needle beside or above the belly button. This comes when the females bite into the gut wall of the lower part of the small intestine to mate. They then wander down to the colon, lay eggs around the anus. The eggs can be inhaled, which leads to a nasty, ongoing cough, since the larvaes try to get into the stomach again. Common symptoms are: nightsweats, nightmares, weakness, itchy bottom, nausea and vomiting, bloating, pain which gets worse during the day, sometimes anemia (they hinder the uptake of b12) and weight loss.
Pinworms cannot be tested with the usual stool sample! (95% false negative). Good luck!

No she has not had those two. I would think it would be stress related but she is woken up from it like clock work. After a day of searching, Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome seems to fit. I am having her set up with a GI specialist right now.

You don't mention an endoscopy or colonoscopy and I feel she needs to have these tests as well so they can actually view her stomach and colon.  If they find nothing on these two tests you may want to have her see a child psychologist to rule out anxiety.  I hope this helps, I know how worried you must be and frustrated!
