What may be the reason of my lower left abdominal pain.

From last three days I have pain in very lower left abdomin (abdomen)...almost behind the hip bone. But it is only in the front no back pain. I feel that I have a 1 ppound stone there all the time. When I go for uriginate...I feel lot of pressure and pain to start the urination, once it starts it is ok. However pain remians always.
