What would cause hemmorhoids and dark urine together?

I have been in a miserable cycle of stomach pain and hemorhoids for weeks now, so long I can't remember exactly. It seems the last few days that my urine is extremely dark no matter how much water I drink. I've been carrying a refillable cup with and making sure to drink something constantly all day. I go to the bathroom about once a week and when I do it is just miserably painful - lots of pain and cramping and then the hemroids come out and its unbelievable how painful that is. I don't want to go to the bathroom at that point cause it hurts so bad but I DO want to go because the stomach cramps and bloating are unbearable. I have never experienced this before so it is scary and confusing for me. Do hemroids cause dark urine or is it possible for them to block something inside in my bladder or something?

By the way, I am a 29-year-old female, I work long hours, commute three hours a day in a car, and admittedly eat a poor diet, which I have been working on improving gradually for the past few weeks. I've been increasing my fruits and veggies and water intake. I have had battles with kidney stones on and off for years but other than that I am an overall healthy person.

The dark urine could be related to problems with your gallbladder or liver, so it's important to get that checked out as soon as possible. When the breakdown products of the liver can't be excreted to some extent via the bile, these products back up and are forced into the bloodstream causing a darkening of the urine due to bilirubin being present. But there are also other causes of darker-than-normal urine. Call your doc and set up an appointment to get some testing done.

Hon, you are going to have to take some time out of your work schedule and visit your regular doc if you have one or an internal medicine doc, let him do a workup on  you so he can narrow down what specialist you might need to be referred to.  I don't know if the urine and constipation are interconnected or not, but if they are, it's important to see a doc.  Now, could be you have two separate problems, in which case it may be fairly easy to treat you.  For your constipation, I got a couple tips to help you in the meantime.  Put plain KY jelly on the area where the waste comes out, and it'll pass without so much pain.  Also, other kinds of fiber to eat include oat cereal and whole wheat sandwiches, so fit those into your diet.  And you also have got to find time to exercise rhythmically and then really relax afterwards, it helps digestion.  I wish I knew more about the kidney situation, but I don't, could be several things.
