What’s causing my abdominal pain?

I’m 29 and I’ve had strange abdominal sensation for about 5 months. It’s not constant, but when it hurts it’s focus in left side of my epigastric region and/right side of my left hypochondriac region. Additionally, sometimes it just feels like pressure. The can be in the same place or sometimes is on my left flank. I also get a tingling/numb feeling on my back occasionally between my spine and left scap. The tingling sensation happens most frequently after eating or sitting slouched. Finally, I occasionally get a sharp pain on the left side of my back. This usually feels like a muscle knot or something and is fairly infrequent.

Non of these symptoms are constant, but all of them are frequent. The pain seems to be most frequent around 3 PM after I’ve been on my feet for a while. I’ve noticed some food seems to make it better, otherwise food seems to agrivate it. Coffee seems to agrivate it.

I’ve been assuming this is an ulcer or gastritis, but im worried it might be something else like pancreas issues. I do have plans to see a doctor but in the mean time would like opinions.
