What's the best form of exercise with diverticulosis

by Sherwin, May 27, 2001 12:00AM
The information I have been reading says that regular exercises is advised.  Yet, I experience mild cramping on the days after I have exercised and I feel fine on the days when I don't exercise.  This can be anything from simply walking to using the exercise equipment at the gym.  I have been using a variety of equipment for muscle toning of the legs and upper body.  The cramps the following day seem to appear most after this routine.  Should I avoid these muscle toning routines or, since the cramping is not severe (just annoying) continue them?  I really don't want to give them up.
