What's wrong with me?

I recently started passing blood in my stool. Blood and mucous. I've seen a doctor and she prescribed antibiotics. I thought those would work but it didn't. I have constant urges to use the bathroom but hardly anything comes out, cept for mucous and blood. The doctor could not find the source of the blood but another doctor did note the excess mucous. Oh may I add I use the bathroom in excess of 12 times a day which the doctors said is diarrhea but I feel like it is constipation and there is something preventing my from stooping. I eat a lot of fibre etc. and also a doctor noted my colon is inflamed and it hurts dully( hardly notice) what could be wrong with me?????

Well if you had any serious GI issues, such as Chrons, ulcerative colitis, or diverctula, you would be in terrible pain (I have Chrons). It is most likely just your colon being inflamed and  the inflammation has caused spasming which has caused the mucus to build up and internal hemroids to form. It is normal for some people's body to do that. If you are very concerned about it or develop more pain see a gastrointestinal specialist whom will give you a colonoscopy to see what's wrong.
