When GERD repair fails . . . then what?

When GERD repair fails . . . then what?

Four years ago I had my hiatal hernia repaired during the GERD surgery repair. For the past 2 years my symptoms have begun to return. Presently, my stomach gets extremely bloated if I eat ANYTHING! My docs sending me to a gastro surgeon and my question is "will a repair on the repair stop the problems?".
I have numerous other medical problems caused by a drunk driver 30 years ago: FMS, IBS, TMJ, IH, Empty Sellla, Sciatica, on & on. But if this problem could be fixed it would make my life so much better.

Thanks to anyone that replies!
