I cut out gluten and then I got rid of sugar. All of it other than fruits and stevia (which isn't sugar). And it was 'so far so good' until yesterday I broke out on my face, back, and shoulders. I got several rashes and, today, migraines, runny nose, eye aches, and now some awful abdominal pain. All of those are manageable discomforts I have a high pain tolerance but holy hell my stomach pain is scaring me now.
