White Stool

White Stool

Hi,
For the last two months or so I've had white stool, however it only occurs with certain foods. This whole saga began when I started taking virgin coconut oil. If I ate certain foods with coconut oil I would get symptoms like mood swings, feeling like I was starving, and stools that are white in color.

It seems to me like my body has an adverse reaction or intolerance to coconut oil, and this is being extrapolated to whatever foods are eaten concurrently with it. As I'm not showing symptoms of jaundice, and the white colored stools are limited to certain foods, and are not global with everything I eat.

Is there something I can take to reset my GI system so it no longer reacts to these foods. As the malabsorbtion type symptoms seem to be prolonged, as its been a month since I ate coconut oil with apples, and I'm still experiencing white stool when I eat them. Really confused as I've never heard of something like this occuring, so any advice would be helpful.

I had a colonoscopy and everything was normal. But I'm eating like 5,000 calories a day and I still look like an anorexic more or less, and the doctors I've seen have been unable to help so I'm pretty much at a loss for what to do.
