White foam in defecation

From last two or three days i am suffering one problem that white foam come out with my defecation and i feel something different in my cheast also before my defecation.. can you sugest what is this actualy

Candida goes with rectal itching, craving for sugar, bloating, tiredness.

Foamy whitish floating sticky foul smelling stool is from fat malabsorption. "difference in the chest"..where exactly...under the right rib cage? This is either from liver or gallbladder.

Foamy mucus (?) could be from parasites or fructose or lactose intolerance.
