White spots in stool
Dear Doctor,

I have noticed over the last few months that my stool has been irregular.  It has been pencil-shaped, normal-looking, nugget-shaped, diahrrea at times and often it does not float.  It has been both light and dark in color, too.  Oftentimes I have noticed small white seed-like objects in my stool, too.

Additionally, I have been fatigued with headaches at times.  This is most likely unrelated, but I have noticed some sharp pains in my stomach and sometimes I'm consistently "full" feeling.

I am concerned about the irregularitie with my bowel movements, do you happen to have any idea what might be going on?

Thank you in advance.
