White stools, bloating and frequent urination

I am a 20 year old female with general good health. For just over two months, since I was at a festival, I have been experiencing the following:
White bits in stools, always looks like there are white bits about 1 cm wide, and occasionally parts of the stool just look discolored white
Yesterday I noticed blood specks in my stools and a red discoloration in some parts
Feeling bloated 24/7 - yesterday it was so bad I felt like my skin was being stretched too far if I bent backwards
Feeling nauseas after eating. Anything at all not just certain foods.
Frequent urination. Like 3 times in 10 minutes at worst.
No pain or burning when urinating
Just after urinating, feeling like my body wont hold it in if I do need to urinate and feel like I am going to pee myself.
Pain in my abdominal area that gets worse after eating.
Yesterday I had a sharp, painful pain under my ribcage on the left side.

U had a urine sample done last week and the doctor said it came back normal. Although it did have to be left there overnight as they had already collected for the day.

White stool usually indicates a lack of bile- which can be caused by some serious issues.  Did you mention that to your doctor?  It could be an issue with your liver, pancreas, or gallbladder- so make sure to mention it, if you have not!
