Why Am I always Cold

by LockDown, Sep 14, 2001 12:00AM
Hello everyone,

I just have another quick question latley I have been cold.  I'm talking like I will wear 2 pairs of pants, a t-shirt and sweater and still want blankets to keep me warm.  I have lost alot of weight could it be just because of that?

Thanks

Hi
Have you been checked for thyroid function.  Feelign cold can be a symptom of hypothoidism?  Though it is not usually associated with weight loss.  You should definitely try to find a dr. to talk to.  Maybe an endocrinologist?  Sorry I don't know your history, so I don't know if my response is relevant.
Best wishes
Sally
