For the past two months I have had constipation and the only way I go is by using milkBreast milk Breast milk jaundice Lactose intolerance Nipple discharge - abnormal of magnesia. I have cramping, bloating, gurgling, pain and this gets worse after I eat. Some tests revealed anemia (internal bleeding may be suspected), and inflamed stomach. I don't feel like the doctors are helping. What do you think?
Instead of MOM I used to use magnesium tablets and glycerinGlycerin Glycerin suppositories Glycerin suppositories maximum strength suppositories to promote bowel movements. What doctors recommend now and what works for me is MiraLax. I know I sound like a commercial, but the stuff works much better. Just mix it with juice or other beverage in the eveningEvening primrose Evening primrose oil and take it every night if necessary. Anemia and inflamed stomach will have to be investigated also, and I have no tips for that, except that if periods are heavy, anemia can come from that, and hopefully not a bleed of the GI tract. Don't let the docs ignore your needs.
