Why does it feel like a baby is kicking me when I sneeze, when I know I am not prego ?

Ok so for the past couple of months I've been noticing a slight pain around my belly button area . I just figured it was my scar tissue from my gall bladder surgery. So about 3 weeks ago I went to the doctor with a fever and I was having unusual indegestion promlems . I was burping alot and had heart burn alot . When the doc went to lay me on my back to feel my stomach she pressed on the right side of my belly button and it hurt like hell. She said to me well thats not soposed to hurt so she ran blood test and they came back fine . To get to the title of my question , every time I sneeze there is movement from the right side of my belly button and it feel really weird almost like a kick from a baby in my tummy . The pain isn't unbearable but I am just curious if I should seek a gastro enterologist !
