Why lipase continues to rise

When first admitted to the hospital, my lipase was 123.  A CT scan showed acute pancreatitis, pseudocyst in pancreas, and hepiatic hemangioma posterior segment right liver lobe.  I had esophogitis and gastroitis.  Endoscopy showed no ulcer in stomach. I had my gall bladder removed, and spent 14 days on an IV, the last 3 of which I was given solid foods, prilosec (1/day) and Bentyl (3/day). After being released from the hospital, the abdmonial pains persisted.  I stopped eating solids. During this time I could tell that my stomach was not emptying, so I only had small sips of either Ensure or VitaminWater every half hour (for vitamins and liquids).  My pains lessened from not eating solids.  The 3rd CT scan yesterday, showed: no evidence of pseudocyst, an area of low-density (9x14mm) at the junction of body and tail of the pancreas, hepatic hemangioma, and a few small nodes (<8mm) right lower quadrant of bowels.

My amalyse is continuing to rise, but still within normal range (93) and my lipase continues to rise (143).

What can be causing the lipase to continue to rise, the cramping to continue (but lessened from the bentyl and no solids).  Can the low-density (mass?) seen at the junction of the body and tail of the pancreas be causing the lipase to continue to rise? Or the menagioma?

any issues with the pancreas will cause elevated levels of amalayes/lipase,,,usualy during the attack,,and go down after
if your stays constant,,it sounds more like this liver issue is keeping it elevated.
