Why so hard to diagnose and treat pancreas issues of all kinds?

Why is this disease so hard to diagnose, and cure. My mother died of pancreas cancer, since I have pancreastis does this mean pancreastis can turn to cancer!  Why is it so hard to treat this organ out of every other organ we have. I was kinda wondering, if doing a gastro-bypass on patients with pancreastis, could it heal or totally retire the affects of the gallbladder and pacncreas from working so hard? I don't know! I just would like if there was better informed treatment for this that measures the same as replacing a kidney, heart, or other replaceable organs to cure the illness!

As I said in your other post, pancreatitis doesn't turn into cancer.  Please keep all of your questions to one post and don't post new questions as this way we can keep track of your enitre story.  Thanks.
