Wierd Pulling pain on the right side

Since last night, when I'm on the bed, turning from left to right, there's this weird pain, almost like someone pulling my intestines on the inside, and it stops after I settle on the right. I went jogging, and the tingling pain happened whenever my body jerked too much. It's specifically on the right side, and has been happening since yesterday. Can anyone help please? I'm really worried.

No, haven't had any surgery. I'm only 17. I pinpointed the pain, to just under the ribcage in the back right, to bit to the side of the spine. Any suggestions would be helpful to what can be causing this. Thanx.
