Wierd Symptoms

I would like to share some background before I ask my question.  In Aug 2007 I started feeling nauseated all the time ( I lost 35 pounds), had a pressurePressure ulcer on the left side of my headHead and face reconstruction
Head injury
Head lice
Indications of head injury
Radial head injury, and a weaknessWeakness in my kneesAnterior cruciate ligament (acl) injury
Anterior knee pain
Bursa of the knee
Dermatitis, herpetiformis on the knee
Knee arthroscopy
Knee arthroscopy - series
Knee joint replacement
Knee joint replacement prosthesis
Knee pain
Kneecap dislocation
Meniscus tears.  After many test it was determined that I had a virus.  But in the mean time I also found out I had GERD after an upper endo was done.  I also had a colonoscopy which was normal.  I had a CT scan of the brain which was normal and a lumbarBack pain - low
Cerebral spinal fluid (csf) collection
Herniated lumbar disk
Herniated nucleus pulposus
Lumbar puncture (spinal tap)
Lumbar spinal surgery - series
Lumbar vertebrae
Spinal surgery - lumbar
Vertebra, lumbar (low back) puncture normal as well.  I had a lyme titer- normal, and a ct of my pelvis normal.  All my lab work was normal too.  Since then I was put on carafate and reglan for 1 month and I still am on Prilosec.

After a year of having episodes of not feeling well usually after I eat I was sent to a cardiologist for neurocardiogenic syncope.  I had a stress test- normal and echo- normal.  Then they did a tilt table test.  I passed out in 3 min.  So I do have neurocardiogenic syncope.  I was told to increase fluids and salts.  I am doing fairly well from this.  But I am still having pressure in my head and occasional numbness and tingling of my face.  So in May of this year I went to see a neurologist.  He checked me for MS.  My MRI of Brain, Cervical, and Thoracic was normal.  I did have another Lumbar puncture it was normal too.  It did show my b12 was low 250 so I am now on hydroxocoblam injections.  The other meds I take are Prilosec, Synthroid, and Birth control pills.

My question is I am still not feeling well.  I have pains in my abdomen that come and go.  Sometimes they will be under my ribs on my left side, sometimes in the center of my chest, under my liver, and even in the lower part of my abdomen.  I also feel like I need to yawn alot but I have no problem breathing.  I have also been tested for food allergies and had none and had my gallbladder out in 2003.  I have no energy and I am just tired of feeling this way for two years now.  I do have tension in my shoulders and lower neck.  Do you have any suggestions on what my next step should be?
