Worried about Stomach Always

Dear Doctor ,

Returning to this forum after 2 years almost .
In the meantime , I have stopped smoking completely.
I have started taking 330 ml beer everyday night with aplprax 0.25.
I was actually gaining good weight . Medicines taken were -
- Loperamide early in the morning
- Fudac 20 mg before lunch
- Alprax 0.25 before dinner

I have gained reasonable amount of confidence and having enough of good food and was tension free

However , Once I had a episode of loose motions and everything got wiped off . I stopped drinking and always in a tension of what will happen to me . I have done Routine Blood test / LFT / Lipid Profile / Thyroid

In Blood test my Hg count = 14.3
LFT = All normal
Lipit Profile = Normal
Thyroid = Normal

The problem I am going through is - always worrired about stomach . There are frequent episides of stomach rumbling , soft stools , Stomach Cramps . I am feeling hungry but hesitate since I feel I will get stomach problem . Gas is happening . Taking 1 or 2 loperamide / day and with 0.50 of Alprax . Completely stopped the beer .

Can you please help me come from this daily death like circumstances .
