Worried about blood on tissue after bowel movement

I would like to start off by saying I am a female who suffers from anxiety (yes another one haha) so I apologise if scenarios seem a bit over-the-top, I already attend doctors for these issues so please do not advise I get help in this area as I already am.

I have been eating fast food quite often recently as well as consuming spicy foods, I had noticed the other day that I had a really bad burning sensation in the anus after a pizza which included chili and jalepno. The first bowel movement I did not notice anything, but by the second there was quite dark parts to the poop, however most of the poop was still normal. I didn't give it too much attention but by the third BM there was some blood on the toilet paper (seemed liquid not pepper skin etc.), I have had piles before but this seemed a bit more blood then usual on the tissue, I have checked where my haemorrhoid was and it doesn't seem to be there anymore. Does this sound normal for someone who has consumed quite a lot of junk food over the last weeks some of which was HOT which my body doesn't always agree with?

(this is where my anxiety kicks in) I am also worried as the other day I was out drinking and I blacked out despite not drinking too much, this was the night before the BM. I know this is virtually impossible but would I know if someone drugged me and... you know... Erh don't even want to think about it. If this was the cause am I correct in saying I would KNOW if this happened? Just scary woke up in bed not knowing what happened, I also do not practice anal.

Sorry I know a lot of you may roll your eyes at my ridiculous question, I am just hoping you guys can help me with this anxiety.

unfortunately I think it is too late to go get a rape kit test done. I believe that has to be done before you shower.
If you never had anal sex before, the first time usually does cause pain, but not always. It really depends on the person.
As far as blood on the paper. did you have 3 BM the same day? Were they hard to pass? Did you push a lot?
Its possible you pooped enough to where you broke some blood vessels in your anal canal. Or that you have internal hemorrhoids.
I'd stay away from such a bad diet for a while. Eat healthy and see if you feel better.

Thanks for the reply, yes it was 3 - 4 bowel movements during the day with only blood being noticed with the third BM. What I passed wasn't large but still hard to push out, it also really burnt from the chilli I had the night before. I also don't think I mentioned one of the BM's did have some white to it? Any further help would be appreciated.
the white is probably just mucous. I assume 3 BM in one day is not normal for you? With that said, im leaning towards you having broken blood vessels while straining, or hemorrhoids.
Has there been blood since that day?
I have between 1 - 3 BM depending on the type of food I've eaten the day prior. 3 BM being the most! They haven't hurt like before.
