Worrying trapped wind and cramping.

Hi, I began to feel very fatigued a few years ago, and at the same time started to get a lot of painful trapped wind. I have had blood testsa nd since been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. However I also have some really bad digestive problems which havn't been explained.

I get really bad trapped wind and flatulance, and also painful cramps and spasms coming from below my belly button. I get diahorrea (no blood) badly, especially in the mornings. I've also noticed that if I don't eat often, every 2 hours or so, I go really shaky, pale and weak and am desperate to eat something. I think this might be a blood sugar problem. About a year ago all these symptoms seemed to get a lot worse for no reason.

I don't think it's IBS, but so far after a colonoscopy, endoscopy and blood tests, nothing has come back. I have tried changing my diet to get rid of Candida, but it didn't help and it feels like something more severe is happening. Does anyone have a clue what could be wrong,

I was admitted into hospital a few weeks ago; I started getting really bad cramps, pain and running to the loo. I has a load of tests, all normal. The Specialist said I has Visceral pain, related to my ME and mentioned Neuropathy. He put me on Amytriptaline which has helped the pain.

I am now stook at home, with some sort of motility problem. I can't eat anything without going into cramps and spasms. My temperature is all over the place, I'm sweating, got a constant headache and am afraid to eat anything.

If anyone understands these problems, which might be gastroparesis or something related, please could you help with any advice.?

I'm not sure, the main problems are the stomach cramps and diahorea...

It sounds like a blood or glucose problem.  Maybe you're just dehydrated.  Being dehydrated makes you feel pretty crummy.  I have the same problems you do with IBS and chronic fatigue.  I take Adderall XR because I have narcolepsy.  Maybe you should check out a sleep lab?

I also have had abnormal liver functions tests: high bilirubin.... don't know if that connects or not.
