Worth a Try?

I was expereincing quiet a bit of pain over Christmas. I read up on some natural things that might help.
I started taking Aloe Vera capsules, acidophilus, coral calcium, psylium seeds with my Asacal. I have been almost symptom free since about New Years. I started taking them with my Asacol the day after Christmas. So far so good. I don't know if the extra supplements is what is causing the improvement but, I am keeping with them.
