Yellow balls in stool

Yellow balls in stool

Just today I found in my stool small white-yellow balls that I had never seen before. They're about half the size of a pea and there were a lot of them. I've looked it up on other websites and a lot of people say it might be Giardia but I haven't been anywhere near any contaminated water of the sort and nor have I submerged myself in water unless I was in my shower. I haven't had any cramps and I am slightly constipated but not too badly. Also, I am currently getting over a cold (mainly sore throat and some light-headedness). Any ideas?
