Fatty liver is usually caused by something and you want to find out what is causing it to try to improve your symptoms. Did the dr give you a reason why you have this? He should have checked you for high cholesterol diabetes etc . The underlying cause of the fatty liver could be what is causing the pain and stool issues.
have your stool checked for c. difficle, it causes change in stool and abdominal pain. if your test is positive you will need to take an antibiotic specifically for this bacteria.
The yellow stool has been for over a while - the vibration sensation (groin area) has been for about two weeks and the discomfort has been on and off for several months (which I have mentioned to the do) but lately seems to be worse
you did not say how long this has been going on, how many episodes per day, how long the pain lasts, is it associated with eating...details please? any low grade fever? back or groin pain? location sounds like possible appendix inflammation - any rebound tenderness? like when you press down and lift up real fast is there pain?
