I am pleading for help.  Recently a family member has had several health complications.  They have experienced constant belching, dizziness, stomach pain, diarreha, weakness in the legs, neck pain, wieght loss, high blood pressure, loss of appetite, although wants to eat but can,t.  Forces one self.  Had a epidsode of passing out with extremly low blood pressure. Went to emergency but all blood tests came back neg.  Had a stress test , and an ekg, all was said to be normal. Cardioligist said our doctor had him over medicated.  Lowered the meds.  Was fine for 2 weeks, although still belching now symptoms seem to be worsening.  Does not have faith in our doctor.  Something major is wrong I can feel it.  He also is a smoker.  Please help  .

This discussion is related to constant belching...gerd causing aerophagia?.

hello, ok go back to your doctor, and specifically ask for these tests in order- first a helicobacter-pylori breathe test, then if positive ask for an endoscopy and a colonoscopy in the same day, a further abdominal ultrasound will help in eliminating other possible disorders like gallbladder disease and bile duct blockage, these should alleviate your condition, laslty have you been tested for diabetes? cheers.
