abdominal pain & pressure

I am a 45 male having pain & pressure in my abdomin (abdomen) just below the rib cage for about 3 weeks.  It worsens at night when lying down and after eating.  It is not acid or muscular, the pain is dull and heavy mostly in the center around the diaphragm. I have been treated for reflux and this is definitely not that. I have had a couple of episodes of feeling dizzy and about to pass out that last for 10-30 seconds then pass.  Since my doctors office is completely chaotic and I am lucky if I actually see him for more than 5 minutes, what should I request for testing if I feel I am being dismissed.

You have a history of acid reflux. Your pain gets worsen at night and after meals. This is perhaps a recurrence of your old problem of reflux. Since your pain intensity is worse, maybe there is some ulcer formation.
You should ask for an endoscopy test, and for an ECG to rule out any heart problems.
Stop smoking (if you are a smoker), and lose weight (if you are obese). These are likely to help.
