abdominal pain,mucus and green stools

Tags: abdominal, Gastroenterology, lupus, pelvic, Work, abdominal pain

I have pain in lower left quadrant, fever,and green stools. Also had blood in stool. Went to Rheummy he did blood work up. Also am sending samples of stool. I have fibromyalgia,and possible lupus. Any ideas on what this could be? Also getting pelvic done,I have endometriosis.
